1. Who we are
Happy 24 provides laundry and related textile care services, including pickup and delivery where available. Our registered place of business and contact details are shown on the website and in the footer of our pages.
Some booking or payment flows may be fulfilled through integrated partners (for example, scheduling or payment processors). Where a partner’s terms apply to a specific transaction, those terms apply in addition to these Terms for that transaction.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in Thailand (or have a parent or guardian’s consent if applicable). You agree to provide accurate contact and address information for pickup and delivery.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials where an account exists, and for all activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Services & pricing
Service descriptions, turnaround times, and prices are shown on our Services and Pricing pages (or as quoted for business accounts). Published prices are VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise.
We may adjust prices or service availability; changes apply to new orders after we post updates or notify you where required. Express, same-day, or add-on options are subject to capacity and may not be available for every order.
4. Orders, payment & refunds
When you place an order, you offer to purchase services at the prices shown (plus any delivery or add-on fees) for the weight, items, or plans selected. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud risk, unavailability, or failure to meet minimum requirements.
Payment methods accepted are those shown at checkout or on your invoice. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected method for the total due.
If you cancel before pickup according to our cancellation rules (as communicated at booking or by support), we may refund or credit amounts as stated. After processing has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable except where required by law or at our discretion for service failure.
5. Pickup & delivery
You must ensure safe access for our staff or partners at the scheduled time window and provide accurate address, building, and gate codes. If pickup or delivery fails because of incorrect information, absence, or unsafe conditions, fees or redelivery charges may apply.
Risk of loss or damage during transit is handled according to our liability section below. Please inspect items at delivery and report issues promptly.
6. Garment care & limitations
We treat garments with professional care, but laundry inherently involves handling, washing, drying, and finishing. Shrinkage, color transfer, or wear may occur with certain fabrics or trims despite reasonable care.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains. Items left in pockets, or unlabeled special-care items, are at your risk. We may refuse items that are excessively soiled, hazardous, or unsuitable for our equipment.
Where we do not offer solvent dry cleaning, delicate items are processed using agreed wet-care methods. By submitting items, you confirm they are suitable for the service ordered.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, our total liability arising from any order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that order (or the specific items affected, if clearly attributable).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
8. Intellectual property
The Happy 24 name, logos, website content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms, misuse our systems, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
