1. Order cancellation
- Before pickup: you may cancel at no charge any time before our driver is dispatched. Contact us via LINE, WhatsApp, or phone with your order number.
- After driver dispatch: a cancellation fee equal to the delivery fee (or a minimum of 49 THB) may apply to cover driver time and fuel.
- After pickup: once the laundry is collected, orders can no longer be cancelled but they can be converted into store credit if processing has not started.
- Subscription plans: you may cancel the recurring pickup at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled pickup.
2. Refunds
If something went wrong with your order — missing items, damage, stains that came back, or a service standard we did not meet — contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Re-clean: we will re-clean the affected items at no cost (fastest resolution).
- Store credit: credited to your account, usable on any future service.
- Refund to original payment method: processed within 5–10 business days through our payment provider (CleanCloud / card issuer). Card refunds typically appear on your statement within one billing cycle.
3. Damaged or lost items
We treat every garment with care, but in the rare event of damage or loss we will compensate you according to our liability cap described in the Terms of Service (section 5). Please provide photographs and a description of the item when you report the issue so we can assess it quickly.
4. Items we cannot accept
- Items with obvious pre-existing damage where cleaning could make the damage worse — we will flag these during pickup or drop-off.
- Items without care labels where the fabric type cannot be determined — we may decline or require a signed waiver.
- Contaminated items (biohazard, heavy chemical residue). These will be returned un-cleaned.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation

- Send us your order number (e.g. LD-20260417-0001) and a short description of the problem.
- Attach photos if the issue is physical (damage, missing item, stain).
- We will reply within one business day with the resolution options above.
